Our Wound Management System is a web based HIPAA compliant, encrypted and password protected, electronic medical records system specifically designed for clinical documentation of chronic wounds.

The Wound Management System website includes the initial evaluation with photographs of the wounds along with timely progress notes and monthly wound progression photographs posted on the site for clinical review. This database is made available to the medical management team allowing 24/7 access to patient progress.
